These images were created during my stint in the AP Art Program at Wheat Ridge High School in 2009. The project was built around taking twelve photographs that not only told a story, but proved a mastery of one particular process. I chose to focus on the photo-montage style made popular by English artist David Hockney. This series showcases not only the progression of photography (black and white to color, film to digital), but it also showcases the progression and evolution of architecture through Denver throughout the 1900's to early 2000's. The finished portfolio is entitled "Take Back The City", and features the twelve pieces below.
